Payment And Delivery
It is company policy not to begin manufacture until we have received sufficient cleared funds. Once we have received your order we will email you a pro forma invoice. We can only accept payment in GB pounds. Payment can be accepted as follows:
Debit Card
We accept debit card payment by telephone for the following UK issued cards: Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo. There is no extra charge for debit card payment.
Credit Card
We accept credit card payment by telephone for the following UK issued cards: Mastercard & Visa. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payment. This surcharge is not shown on quotes and pro forma invoices but it will be added to the order net total and shown on your final VAT invoice.

BACS or Electronic Transfer
If you wish to make an electronic payment we will email you our bank details. Please use the quote number on your pro forma as a reference for the transfer. Depending on the method of transfer, funds can take up to 4 working days to clear.
Cheque
Please make cheques payable to: “Testa-Rossa Duplication” Payment by cheque will delay the start of production by at least 5 working days. Please avoid payment by cheque if you have an urgent order.

Production turnaround times are full working days, this does not include weekends or public holidays.
Production can only begin once we have received masters, artwork, proofs, cleared funds and any necessary copyright forms or licenses.
Turnaround may increase due to failed masters or artwork rejection from our printers.
Turnaround may be extended due to seasonally high workloads.
We do not guarantee turnaround times or offer refunds for extended turnaround times. Please always allow for possible delays in production times.
Replication Overs & Unders
All replication orders are subject to a potential +/- 10% overs/unders manufacturing tolerance, although for most orders we will endeavour to despatch exact quatities. Overs are charged at applicable unit cost price. Unders will be credited at applicable price per unit. Duplication orders will be dispatched at exact quantities.
Cancellation
We can accept cancellation of an order up to artwork approval. Once artwork has been approved, payment processed and production has begun we cannot accept cancellation.
Replacements And Refunds
If there is a clear manufacturing fault or goods are damaged in transit we will replace the items in question. If we are unable to replace the items we will offer a refund at applicable unit price. We will not offer any refund or replacement arising from defective customer supplied artwork or masters. We will not offer any refund or replacement due to colour variance between PDF proofs and final printed parts. We will not offer any refund due to extended turnaround times.
Copyright
Customers must own all copyrights or obtain the necessary copyright permissions before placing an order. Customers will be asked to complete a copyright form before manufacture. Testa-Rossa may refuse manufacture of any material that infringes copyrights.
