The duplication process uses CD-R drives that are similar to the drives found in most home computers but our production lines contain many of these CD-R drives. The information is burnt onto one of Sony's high grade CD-R discs and duplication orders of up to 500 copies can be achieved within 24 hours. This is a quick, reliable and relatively cheap method of producing very high quality short run CD duplication orders. Our CD duplication service is available throughout the UK and turnaround times are listed on this site. CD duplication is suitable for audio and data. All CD duplication is on the highest quality Sony DADC media and these discs feature a silver underside just like replicated discs. All duplicated discs undergo an automated verification process. We use the highest quality print methods for short run duplication. For black text print we use the Rimage Prism thermal printer and for grayscale/full colour we use the Rimage Everest thermal printer. Thermal print gives a durable, scratch and moisture resistant, glossy finish which is far superior to the standard inkjet method used by many companies. Short run duplication is suitable for quantities of up to 500 discs when fast turnaround is required. We offer 24 hour turnaround on most CD duplication disc only bulk supply orders.
