CD and DVD Manufacturing

Testa-Rossa recommends using our CD replication service when manufacturing more than 500 copies. This CD manufacturing process is where a glass master and stamper is created and the stamper is used to press every other subsequent copy. The replication process is used for all retail DVD and CD manufacturing. Very large orders can be placed using this CD and DVD manufacturing process and a selection of complimentary CD booklet and inlay printing services are also available. If you only need quantities below 500 or you need very fast turnaround then are CD duplication services are more suitable.

 

 

 

Booklet & Inlay Litho Print

 

All prices on this page are for litho printed paper parts only. We offer a variety of options including CD booklets, inlays, single page inserts, printed card wallets, maxi single inlays and DVD inlays. Prices include PDF email proofs and set up, laser printed proofs are available at £5 per sheet. Prices assume customer supplied print ready designs to correct specification and dimensions. Any amendments or resizing of designs will be charged at applicable studio rates. Prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%.

If you require printed paper parts together with disc and packaging please refer to the all inclusive package deals in our CD Duplication or CD Replication sections. Printed paper parts are heavily discounted when purchased together with disc and packaging.

 


   2 Printed Page CD Insert
Prices are for a single panel CD insert printed full colour on one or two sides. Insert can be used for plastic wallets, slimline jewel cases and jewel cases. If you require print on both sides also consider a 2 page booklet for the same price.
